Ash’s Bakeshop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We package each cookie individually and take caution to ensure safe shipping. Once we drop off your package for shipping, it is out of our hands and we are no longer held responsible for the condition it arrives in or any delays that may occur.
All orders placed will be sent out for shipping on the following Monday or Tuesday!
Allergies: We do bake all products in one kitchen and cannot guarantee 100% no cross-contamination. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions. All of our cookies contain wheat, eggs, dairy and soy and are made in a kitchen that uses peanuts and nuts.
